How to handle stress/pressure on the job
- The key is really to stay organized, keep the time frame for the completion of the project in mind and the appropriate use of software including staying focused on the job at hand. This minimizes the stress and allows you to control the stress instead of the stress controlling you.

Stress and Pressure
- The only way I handle my stress is to hit the courts and play some basketball. This is the most economic stress reducer for me. Pressure on the other hand is a good thing, because pressure does one of two things. It either break you or turn you in a diamond. So far pressure has been making me harder. Hopefully one day it will make me into the diamond I dream of becoming.
