How I was discriminated against
I am looking for receptionist job for 4 months and I am sure the problem is my age. But how I can sue these company that they won't hire me even though I am a good candidate? Like kaiser. Somebody please explain.
What it's like being an older or younger job seeker
Being older, looking for the job is harder than younger since there is no hope to find a job. Please tell me if there is any organization to find a job for people who are older. I am not that old even, only 52 years old. Who looks like a 40 year old.
