Why was it a bad job?
i worked at Pella Window & Doors, and it was the worst job I've ever had. The boss was insane and watched you like you were in kindergarden. They hired me and had me sit with everyone else for a month and then expected me to know MY job when nobody trained me on it. All they did was train me on everyone else's job. The boss lady stood over my shoulders from the moment my day started until it ended.. it was horrible. Then after 3 months (one week before my benefits kicked in), they laid me off along with 7 other people! They used people until they got what they wanted done, and then let you go without a warning or anything. It was absolutely horrible
