What Services Does the Site Offer?
This free site is a directory of online career and employment sites and resources. You can search for career information, connect to a variety of self-assessment resources, learn how to better incorporate all available tools into your job search (both off-line and on), and search for sites with jobs that meet your skills and qualifications.
What Makes the Site Unique?
This site has been online since 1994, making it one of the oldest continually operating employment directories on the Internet. It has also been authored by the same person, Margaret Riley Dikel, a librarian who noticed back in late 1993 that the Internet had a role in job search, a role beyond just looking at job listings. The site itself is organized into major categories based on what you want to accomplish -- prepare a resume, learn how to improve your interview skills, etc. -- or what you need.
