What Happened During The Interview?
I was asked to go to an interview. The first interview went very well and they asked me to go for a second one. On the second one, I met five team members, and all of them were nice except one of them. He tried to attack me as much as he could on every answer I gave him in reply to his questions. This person could not even speak English properly. He was rude and I think the other interviewers realized that, too. For one second I was about to say, I think you will be a huge problem, and I'm going to avoid it right now and right here, and be out the door. I kept my patience and started ask him questions, and it turns out he was stupid.
How Did the Interview Turn Out?
It turns out the guy who was asking me all these nonsense questions does not know a thing about his own job. I tested him and tried to get back on him in a nice way. I corrected his answer and even told him he was wrong. Even if they offer me the job, I WILL NOT ACCEPT.
Advice
- The workplace is all about people, so if you are lucky enough to spot the bad one who will be your co-worker or boss, just walk away and look for a place where you are respected.
