Why I Was Fired
I have no idea why I was let go. I was never given a straight answer. The last time my boss spoke to me I was doing a great job and he was pleased and then bam with no warning we need to let you go. I bailed these people out of a very bad situation when another employee suddenly quit when it was discovered that he was doing some immoral behavior with a co-worker and no one knew her job but me. I was there any time I was needed for many different people in many different situations. There was no clear cut reason for my dismissal. Just bam and I was gone! I worked for a non profit very small office.
What Being Fired Has Been Like
I was literally sick for a week. Lost 5lbs and had to get peace about. I knew I had done nothing wrong and had done my job well. Now I am dealing with finding a new job. It is not fair that out of the blue for some BS reason people can mess up your life.
Advice
- There is something better out there for me and I have to hold onto that. I am valuable.
