Do You Know What You Did When?

nullIt's easy to forget when you worked where, especially if you've had a lot of jobs. Interviewers, however, will expect you to be able to provide an accurate and detailed work history.

Even worse than the candidates who can't remember their previous employment, are the ones (and I've interviewed a few of them) whose work history doesn't match when you check their references.

Don't be one of those unfortunate job applicants. Be prepared to list the names of the companies you worked for, your job title, your starting and ending dates of employment, how much you earned, and what your job entailed when completing job applications and when describing your employment history to employers.

If you can't remember, (that happens a lot!) recreate your employment history, as best you can, before you start your job search.
