Alison’s right: we’ve noticed that our more active job hunter users become our most inactive users almost overnight. Turns out they’re finding jobs more quickly than others!

For you recent graduates, finding your first job is largely a numbers game. Get out there and get out there often!

I think having an internship is extremely important, and often overlooked by new grads. In the past having a solid GPA and a college reputation set you apart, now with the tough job market an internship will give possible employers a chance to see how you really act/work and give you a competitive edge. My current job was only obtained because of my hard work during an unpaid internship.
