Use Your Social Networks to Job Search on Jibe

nullJibe is a job site that helps you tap your social networking contacts to find a job. It's easy to access - simply login with your Facebook or LinkedIn user name and password.

Jibe allows you, after you login, to search a database of available jobs, applying for them with information provided by Facebook or Linkedin (you can import directly from your site profiles) in addition to what you provide to your Jibe profile.

To apply for a job requires spending "credits" that you earn by referring friends to the site, posting a job to the site, connecting another of your social networking accounts to your Jibe profile, or purchasing them.

Jibe pulls your Facebook or Linkedin connections' work information from their profiles, allowing you to quickly browse the connections you already have through personal contacts to various companies.

In addition to seeing a list of jobs, you can also browse by industry, or click directly on a company name to see job openings at that company. You'll also see who you're connected with at the company next to the job posting.

Companies currently hiring on Jibe include Amazon, AT&T, Bank of America, Conde Nast, Fotomoto, HP, Intel, Merck, MTV Networks, Quantcast, Raytheon, T-Mobile, Village Vines, and Wells Fargo.
