Job search engine LinkUp, which indexes jobs from over 20,000 company sites, reports that new job listings on company websites rose by 69,082 in January. This is an increase of 18% from December.
Even though December is traditionally a bad month for new job listings, the report shows progress in the right direction. This is good news for job seekers and a sharp contrast to LinkUp's dismal December report in which new and total job listings job search by 24% and 17% respectively.
