Are you an athlete looking for a job? There are positions to be had, both on and off the field, and advice available, as well. If you're a graduating senior or an alumni athlete Career Athletes, offers a free service where you can connect with teammates, receive career advice, mentor younger colleagues, and find jobs.
If you're a fan rather than an athlete, the chances are slim of getting this one, but you can enter a contest for a fun job as Director of Fandemonium for the NFL. The contest is sponsored by Monster.com and you'll need to enter by November 16th for a shot at winning a $100,000 signing bonus and lots of perks, like announcing a future draft pick and being on-field for the coin-toss ceremony.
The NFL also has a variety of jobs you can apply for - both corporate and with teams.
For information on a wide variety of sports careers, Frank Angst, About.com's Guide to Sports Careers has excellent advice on everything from creating a sports resume to landing a sports career job.

There is also another great job board for athletes:

I found a great job there a few weeks ago and would encourage any former athlete to check it out! Its free and offers many national jobs…
