What do you expect from a supervisor ?

A supervisor should be a team leader and should be responsible. A supervisor can not always be understanding and able to get on a personal level, thats a big no because it create more problems with the staff. Im not necessarily saying that they should ignore there staff but there are limits. For those who expect that a super visor should be caring on a personal level towards there staff is not gonna happen and should not be expected from a super visor. THIS IS YOUR JOB AND YOUR ONLY THERE TO WORK NOT TO BE TREATED LIKE A 5 YEAR OLD.
