The job I lost
I worked for a County government. Both my wife and I held the same position. And we are both now jobless.
What it's like being unemployed
It's terrible being without work. Two young kids at home. We lost our medical insurance as well. We collect unemployment but its not nearly enough. It feels terrible to wake up and stress out on how we are going to put food on our kids plates and how to keep the electricity on.
Advice
- We stay positive. We both have lots of applications and interviews we completed. We only hope for the best. We are 3 month away from being homeless. Pray.
