I worked in the wholesale hvac market in Chicago.
What it's like being unemployed
It is the lowest part of my life because I am a single father who is about to see his unemployment benefits run out and have no way of paying my rent or feeding my kids. I have sold everything that I own that has any monetary value. How do I find housing for my kids? I go out everyday looking for a job. I have been out of work for almost 6 months. I have sent out about 500 resumes.
Advice
- Always try to plan for the futur because Congress only tries to help themselves.
