How I was discriminated against
I'm 53, and I know employers see some one that is getting older, I know I've been discriminated against. I know my disability play a role in that, too.
What it's like being an older or younger job seeker
It's not fun! If I was 20 years yuonger, I'd probably be working again. I see all these younger people applying, and I aready know I'm in trouble. I keep telling myself, if they only knew my attendance at that job I had for 15 years. I know I'll walk into another job someday.

- Hang in there and keep trying. Don't give up!
