What Happened During The Interview?
I have been on several interviews and nailed them, and I was even offered positions at that time. I am told they will call me the next day and let me know the pay rate or hours I am to work. Then nothing and when I call them they act like they don't even know who I am and tell me they are still waiting to hear. I do my research, I address the person formally, dress very professional, and have extensive experience. I consent to all the employment checks, background checks, criminal checks and Social Security checks. I submit a resume and have tried several versions a resume and still nothing.
How Did the Interview Turn Out?
I do not get the jobs in spite of being offered the job on the spot. What am I doing wrong? Could there be something in my background that I am not aware of? How do I find out what they find out? I know credit is sometimes an issue, but can it be a deciding factor in child care if the credit is not perfect? I do not understand what happens.
