What Happened During The Interview?
I had an open interview with six other candidate at a company in Northampton in the UK. Howdens. The mere fact that you are in a competition takes to your nerves, we had to do an aptitude test, presentations and an excel test, during this interview they the hiring company can tell you there and then. Sorry we don't want this really drained all our confidence. It was a nightmare as the interviewer doesn't have respect for any of us.
How Did the Interview Turn Out?
Well I was the last but one to be sent home and I am glad I didn't have the job although I needed a job. Interviews has to be one on one not an open plan competition. The first lady who was sent home was just about to cry.
Advice
- Never be in that situation it will affect your confidence.
