What Happened During The Interview?
I recently interviewed with a VP and Director. The VP told me I was an 8 out of 10 for experience, skills, & knowledge.
How Did the Interview Turn Out?
Met with hiring Director and before he took his seat told me "I'll be straight with you. You haven't worked in over 3 years and don't believe you can keep the pace of this job". He agreed that I had the education, skills, knowledge, and education but that didn't matter.
Advice
- His mind was made up before the interview.
