Why I Was Fired
Technically, I was was harassed out of the job to a point where i could no longer do my job. I was told one thing, then the next day the policy would change and I would get yelled at about not following policy. I was told to report here and questioned as to why I did not report there. I was a teacher and half of my students were special needs students in a regular classroom where the previous year they were in small classrooms. On top of that I was not given any paperwork indicating that they were and that I had to meet their special needs. Work became so unbearable, the principal would come and "observe me daily"
What Being Fired Has Been Like
I think people must have no self esteem to randomly pick on someone just because they are new. To lie to them like they're stupid and don't have any common sense. Then when you stand up for yourself you get accused of being guilty and defensive. When in actuality, you're being attacked and need to defend yourself because no one will.It is crazy that an employer should straight face lie about things when they are at fault for harrassement, theft, discrimination or whatever it is.
Advice
- If you first see or detect something not right going on, time to quit because you never know when you'll be next your sanity is worth more than any time you'll ever earn from there.When things are bad as it is, word will get around and karma is going to get them eventually. What goes around comes around.You won't be the last and you probably aren't the first.
