My Review 

The Recruitment Network is a South African based Social Recruitment Network. It isn't just a job portal where you post jobs as I can contact my candidates diectly via their website. You can create a free profile for your business and I'm quite surprised by the response I get just by uploading a free profile. As recruiter I find it a great way to buy leads from their CV database or job ads for my agency. What's great is that they pay their CareerSeekers about R100-00 commission per sale for selling their monthly job ad services to recruitment agencies and businesses while looking for employment on their network.

They have affordable pricing options which means I can post a job ad on their website for about R300-00 per ad which is cheaper than using the local newspaper. When someone comes across their site they can create a CareerSeeker profile so I can recruit from their network when I login.

They also have an Unlimited Posting Option where you can post unlimited vacancies for around R900-00 per month. It's a bit costly though for my business but I use SMS vacancies and once-off ads from the network. They have also grown their business clientbase quite largely since they started in 2009, it's great to see them improve and compete with jobsites like pnet, Jobmail and other popular ads.
