SimplyHired.com use to be a great job searching site. Now, it has become nothing but a search engine for The Ladders. Someone at SimplyHired obviously sold out the business to The Ladders. They are now nothing but a maketing tool for The Ladders.
The Ladders subscribers go to The Ladders as a primary source of job opportunities. Non-Ladders job seackers got to sites like SimplyHired. When I site like SimplyHired is dominated by The Ladders searches, these searches are unless unless you are a Ladders subscriber, so it only frustrates you and wastes your time. Ladders subscribers don't go to SimplyHired to see The Ladders jobs postings. And, people going to SimplyHired are not lookiing for jobs posed on The Ladders, a pay site.
The leadership of Simply Hired has pursued a strategy that is going to distroy this company. They have become irrelevant in the job search market.
