Technology System Integrator is a small up coming IT and Telecom company with 29 employees, and a young management team.
I have recommended the company to one friend and he got hired, and he loves it just like I do.
Because it's a small business you are noticed more -- if you are doing bad they will know and if you are doing good, you easily get recognized. I got a $1,200 in my first year there, and $2,000 my second year, plus $3000 in bonuses. At the company where I worked before, a typical raise was like $50 per year if you get any raise at all, and there were no bonuses.
