This company has got to be by far the worst company I have ever heard of to work for. Pros- Decent Pay. Cons- These people do not know how to treat their employees. They have double standards for everyone. They change the way they want to run things on a weekly basis. They run a 24/7 operation, but do not want to have backups for their people, they would rather punish and make it harder for the employees. They make them work on their off days. As if 4 12hr days in a row isn't enough. These people have no lives and have to work and plan from a calendar that is provided to them at the beginning of the year. But dont think you are going to get that vacation you planned and paid for 6 months in advance, because they can strip that from you whenever they want. Keith Busse needs to wake up and see how miserable his managers are treating these employees. But maybe he just doesn't care because he is only in the business to make money.
