What a poor company!
It would seem that the business model is to employ people on minimum wage and exploit them for as much as possible.
When the commission and deals begin to 'roll-in' they fire you and keep 100% of the margin that you have so strenuously negotiated.
They claim that they have offices across Europe but they are just post boxes.
The ethos it would seem is to get new people in for roughly 4 or 5 months and then let them go.
When I was employed there no less than 10 people came and went.
What exemplifies their strategy is that 'lead' Account Managers don't make sales calls. They 'manage' their team, cherry picking clients, and we are sacked for being unproductive.
A waste of time, offer a crap service and run by jokers.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
