Salary and benefits are "OK" as compared to Bhubaneswar lifestyle. The compensation for freshers is 2.4L per annum with LTA and Medical benefits of 30,000 per year. However people recruited through consultancies are paid a measly Rs 8000 per month while their peers get Rs 16,000 per month.
Cons:
1). Poor administration by senior management
2). Heavy play of corporate politics
3). Zero level of work Ethics
4). Absolutely no training facility for freshers.
5). Impossible deadlines to maintain.
6). Poor work-life balance.
Advice to Management:
1). Recruit freshers only when you can provided proper training
2). Do not Lay off employees when your under pressure, it leads to a bad image of the company
3). Respect your juniors. They are humans, not dogs!!!
4). Recruit people only when requirement arises. Don't start recruiting people before you get the project and start firing them if you lose the project.
