My Review 

I think this company is nothing but a kid’s school. You cannot drink even tea/coffee from 8 AM to 5 PM. There is no flexible timing, you have to be in the office before 8 AM & the company does not allow working from home. The allowances paid to employees are just peanuts and it does not follow any industry norms. It has typical Korean culture, which means manager will be continuously behind you and threaten you to get the work done.

It is not advisable for H1B VISA holders to join this company as this company has terminated many of the employees without even a day’s notice. The culture is very threatening. 90% of the employees who joined this company felt they end up at the wrong place. I would not recommend this company for anybody unless you are Korean or you do not have any other options.
