I'm Alison Doyle and I'll be your guide to Job Searching. During my career I've spent quite a few years in Human Resources - on the other side of the interviewing desk from the job seeker. I've also spent the last seven years in a college Career Services office working with employers and developing information technology resources to assist students and alumni with their search for an internship or job. During the last several years most of those resources have been web based so I have plenty of experience and resources to offer you.

I plan to offer you tips for locating jobs using the Internet, finding and checking out potential employers in your field of interest, networking, informational interviewing and other ways to find the right job. Some of the topics we'll cover include resumes and cover letters, the job market, job hunting resources and interviewing skills.
