Inappropiate Interview Attire

This look is much too casual for an interview. While the jeans aren't ripped, they don't look professional. Sneakers should be avoided - they don't look tidy or neat. Tank tops are inappropiate for interviews. The jewelry is not conservative enough, as large hot pink hoop earrings and a long black necklace aren't professional. The hair is not well groomed (it's pulled back in a messy ponytail) and the makeup is not mild or natural, as bright lipstick and heavy eyeliner don't add to a professional appeal.
