Doostang for Employers:
It is free to post jobs on Doostang, but employers must “Request an invitation” before being allowed to use the site. Doostang also offers a ‘Contingency Search’ option where Doostang reaches out to active candidates, and identifies qualified passive candidates for openings based on detailed member profiles, career preferences, and activity. Doostang refers employers only pre-qualified top picks and charges 10% of first-year compensation if you hire a candidate found on their site.
