Realmatch Overview:
Realmatch works a little like an online dating service, but with jobs. The system matches you with employers and presents the results according to how good the match is.

Realmatch takes job seekers skills and qualifications and matches them up with jobs posted by employers. Employers post jobs for free, then view a graded and ranked list of pre-qualified candidates. They pay only to contact the candidates they are interested in.

Realmatch Job Search Options:
Search Realmatch for jobs by entering a job title, category, and a location. Then select your skills and qualifications. Upload your resume (optional) to increase your chances of being chosen by an employer. You can then create an account and enter your profile. If you'd like to remain anonymous, that is an option.
Realmatch Resume Posting:
Uploading your resume will increase your chances of being viewed by employers by 80%. Simply browse to find your resume file on your computer and click to upload it.
Realmatch Employer Services:
Employers post jobs for free, then view a graded and ranked list of pre-qualified candidates. They pay only to contact the candidates they are interested in.
