Leaving Your JobYou're ready to quit your job, but you're not sure what to tell your supervisor or prospective employers. This is one of the cases where you might not want to give the real reason you're leaving.

If your boss was a jerk or you didn't get along with your co-workers, there's no need to say so. You don't want to burn your bridges, especially considering many employers check references.
