Best Companies to Work For 2013

Employees ChoiceGlassdoor, the jobs and career community, has announced the winners of the 2013 Employees' Choice Awards. The list includes the Top 50 Best Places to Work 2013 based on the input of employees who provide feedback on their job, work environment and company, via Glassdoor's anonymous online company review survey.

Topping the list this year is Facebook, followed by McKinsey & Company, Riverbed Technology, Bain & Company, and MD Anderson Cancer Center.  Facebook was also the winner in 2011 and was among the top three companies in 2012.

"We're honored to receive this award from Glassdoor," said Lori Goler, Facebook's vice president of people and recruiting. "We strive to make Facebook a place where everyone is able to have an impact doing what they love. Receiving this award is a testament to the culture of builders we've worked hard to create."

Twenty one companies are new to the list this year, including In-N-Out Burger (Rank: #9, Rating: 4.2), Orbitz Worldwide (#26, 4.0), JetBlue (Rank: #28, Rating: 3.9), MasterCard (Rank: #29, Rating: 3.9) and IKEA (Rank: #43, Rating: 3.8).

All of the organizations on the list are worth considering if you're job hunting or seeking a career change. You can check them out on Glassdoor and read company reviews, interview tips, and salary information for these leading employers, as well as many other great places to work.
