Did you ever wonder why job seekers don't get hired? Some of the reasons are easy to understand. If you're not qualified for a job, don't complete your job application correctly, have errors in your resumes and cover letters, or blow the interview, it can be easy to see why you were knocked out of contention for the job.

In other cases, it can be more complicated.  Perhaps someone else got a referral from a company employee that helped lock up a job offer.   Maybe you didn't know enough about the company and what your role would be if you were hired. You could have even been given a bad reference by a past employer.
