Online Job Interview More and more companies are conducting online job interviews. Conducting interviews online saves employers time and money. It's cost-effective and the logistics are easier than scheduling in-person interviews in the office. Plus, the technology needed to interview directly from the interviewer's desk to the candidate's workspace at home is now mainstream.

For job seekers, it's easy to interview right from home. It saves on travel time and video interviewing, if you prepare in advance, can be less stressful than interviewing face-to-face with an employer.

If you don't have the equipment you need for an interview (usually just a web cam) many companies will make arrangements to get you one. Or, you can get a reasonably priced webcam online or in a local store.
