Worst interview answersThere are many different ways to ruin a job interview.  Saying the wrong thing can knock you out of contention for a job.  The worst responses to interview questions reveal flaws in your attitude, preparation, interest in the job or qualifications to get the work done well.

Giving the wrong answer may also reflect negatively on your work ethic or your ability to work well with others. There are so many applicants for every job that it's easy for an employer to cross you off the candidate list because of what you say, even if you have the right qualifications on paper.

Here are examples of the worst answers to interview questions, along with tips on what you can say instead to impress the interviewer.
