DiscouragedThis is a really hard time to be job searching. With over three unemployed workers per job opening, and many more in some locations, job searching is hard work.

In fact, some of the unemployed workers who shared their unemployment stories with us have been out of work for more than a year and have applied for hundreds of jobs.

When you're having a tough time finding a job, and, remember it's not you - it is a very tough job market - or even finding jobs to apply for, take it a step further and come up with an action plan so you can find unadvertised openings and proactively seek employment at companies of interest.
