Indeed.com is always on my list of favorite job sites. Indeed is also ranked as the top jobs site with more than 70 million unique visitors and 1.5 billion job searches per month. Indeed is available worldwide in over 50 countries and 26 languages.
It's not just the job postings that make Indeed a terrific job search site, though, of course, they are important, too. You can use the advanced search options to refine your search so you are getting jobs that specifically match your skill set. There's a salary search option so you can see how much jobs listed in the last year paid.
In addition, there are lots of tools you can use to expedite your job search - plugins for your browser and toolbar, mobile apps for your phone, email alerts, and my.indeed so you can save your searches and access them from anywhere.
Job seekers can use Indeed Resume to post their resume on Indeed and hiring managers and recruiters can search resumes by keyword and location to find candidates for employment.
The Indeed Industry Trends tool is a good indicator of which industries are hiring so you can considertransitioning to an industry which might be better positioned in this job market.
