How about hospitality careers as a hotel general manager, director of sales, or food and beverage director. Each hotel employs 1-10 or more sales and catering team members, as well as front office managers and department head positions. These positions pay well and can lead to the Director of Sales or General Manager jobs that pay 100-200K or more.
