What to Do After a Job Interview

After an InterviewYou have just finished up a phone interview or an in-person interview at a company you would love to work for. What should do you next?  Don't wait for an email to arrive in your In Box or your phone to ring.

It's important to be proactive and follow up with your interviewer(s) and your references so you can boost your chances of getting to the next stage in the hiring process.

Taking the time to assess your interview, to communicate with the people you interviewed with, and to let your references know that they may be contacted are all worth the time you spend.  In fact, how you follow up can be almost as important as what took place during the interview.
