Do you have an extra suit (men's or women's) in your closet? If you've got a gently used suit in good condition that you don't need to wear any more, you can donate it to a good cause.
Or, if you're updating your interview attire this is a good opportunity to do so. Those who donate a suit or other professional interview attire will get a 50% off coupon in addition to a tax receipt for the donation.
How can you donate? Between now and the end of July, Men's Wearhouse is hosting its fifth annual National Suit Drive to give unemployed men a chance to look their best as they re-enter the workforce. In 2012, more than 900 Men's Wearhouse and Men's Wearhouse and Tux stores hope to collect 110,000 items through National Suit Drive and distribute them to approximately 200 nonprofit organizations around the country.
To donate, check your closet for professional clothing with minimal wear that is still in fashion. Find your nearest Men's Wearhouse store and drop off your donation now through July 31, 2012.
