Real work from home jobs are really hard to find. Most of the listings you see online are, at best, going to pay a little bit of money or, at worst, will cost you money. However, if you evaluate the company and the job carefully, you may be able to find a legitimate work from home job.
Laureen Miles Brunelli, About.com's Guide to Work-at-Home Moms has a great directory of legitimate work at home companies and there are other sites, as well, that list work from home jobs.
Keep in mind that any company that offers to pay you a lot of money for doing a little bit of work is a company that you want to avoid.
That's only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to jobs you don't want to consider. Before you apply take the time to check out the company to be sure that it isn't a work at home scam. There are more of them than there are real jobs.
