Stuck Cars, Colonoscopies, Snakes, Dogs, and More Interview Excuses

We've been getting some really interesting interview excuses from About.com Job Searching site visitors lately:

• My car was stuck in the garage and the electricity was out.
• Grandma's body was lost in transit.
• Mom needs a colonoscopy and I have to take her.
• The dog knocked over my alarm clock and it turned off.
• I was trapped by a rattlesnake and couldn't get out of the house.
