When you scan a card, the information on it will be mapped to the person's LinkedIn profile, along with photos of contacts, common connections, past work experience, and education.

A friend of mine said he tried the ap on his iPhone and it would not convert the information. Have you tried it?
It worked for me. He might want to try again because this is a brand new version of the app.
