Why Should We Hire You?

What are you going to say when an interviewer asks why should we hire you or how do you handles stress or why were you fired - do you have an answer ready? If not, you should. In fact, you should be prepared to answer most of the common interview questions you'll be asked.

Taking the time to prepare answers before you go to a job interview will save you from trying to figure out what to say when you're on the stop, and will prevent an awkward moment of silence while you try and gather your thoughts.
