I don’t really get how people believe that the time they spend at work is “their time”. You are suppose to be working not sending out resumes. What’s more people should be aware of the fact that the employer can look at everything you do on their computer (That’s right that computer on your desk is theirs not yours!)
Great tips! I know some companies are even keeping tabs of the websites their workers are going to, that could really be problematic if they are looking for a new job and don’t realize their company is doing that!
