It's really important for job seekers to be aware of where companies are hiring and to tailor their job search accordingly. AllianceQ provides a way for job seekers to get discovered by companies. Rather than applying for jobs and possibly never hearing back, the QuietAgent technology that powers AllianceQ matches job seekers' profiles with actually job openings from participating companies. When there's a match, you'll hear directly from the hiring manager at the company interested in your candidacy.
AllianceQ is a group of Fortune 500 companies, along with over 3000 small and medium sized companies, that have collaborated to create a pool of job candidates to consider for job opportunities. Phil Haynes, Managing Director, AllianceQ, explains how it works "AllianceQ takes the guess work out of recruiting and applying for jobs. The recruiter only sees candidates that match their hiring criteria and candidates are only approached for jobs that are a match with their qualifications."
Here's more on AllianceQ and how job seekers can use AllianceQ to tap into the network of companies who are using AllianceQ to hire. There's also advice on how to set up a profile and tips for getting found by what could be your next employer.

I’ve had an account since July. This site sounds very promising, however I haven’t gotten any hits. They keep promoting it how it’s this great tool that’s already matched a ton of people. Well not me, and until I see results I can’t say how great it is. Maybe no one is looking for my skills? Or no one is looking in this stupid town I live in. Who knows.
Sabrina,
I am the product manager for QuietAgent, and would be happy to spend a few minutes walking through your profile with you and what we can do to get you matched to some of the 60,000+ jobs we added just last week.
Please feel free to email me at geoff.weathersby@quietagent.com
All the best,
Geoff
