VisualCV We're not very far into the year and there are already several new sites that you can use to help with your job search. I'm impressed with VisualCV - it does a good job of turning a traditional resume into a web-based resume that you can use for job searching and networking. Gregg Bender, a frequent visitor to this site, tried it out, with good results. Take a look at Gregg's VisualCV.

A site visitor had success with Razumé commenting, "The feedback that I received from members not only helped me to improve the format and language on my resume, but it also reminded me of some experience that I have that I had not thought to put on my resume."

Another new site, NotchUp has an interesting twist on getting hired - selected candidates get paid to interview. I'm also taking a look at RiseSmart, where (for a fee) you can have a concierge search for and prescreen job listings for you.

If you use any of these sites, please let me know what you think by commenting below or emailing me. I'm interested in what you thought and whether the site is helping with your job search. Also, let me know if you have a new site (or existing ones) that work especially well for you. I'd like to hear about those, as well. I'm always looking for valuable additions to my Top Job Sites list.
