How to Complete a Job Application

I spoke to someone yesterday who was applying for her first job and nervous about completing a job application. She said she didn't know what she would need to fill out and what information she needed to apply.

I suggested that she download a sample employment application, fill it out at home, then bring it with her when she applies for jobs, so she won't have to try to remember the details. Another option is to pick up an application, bring it home to complete, then return it to the employer.
