Resumes for Dummies, 5th Edition

Saturday January 27, 2007
The new edition of nationally syndicated careers columnist Joyce Lain Kennedy's book, Resumes for Dummies, is an excellent resource for job seekers, especially for those (and that's most of us, at one time or another) whose employment background isn't quite perfect. There's information on resumes for different phases of your life and special circumstances, as well as advice on how to target your resume, which is something we all should be doing. The Extreme Resume Makeovers chapter shows you how a mediocre, or worse, resume can end up looking terrific. As an added plus, you'll find good information on how to follow up and where to look for jobs.

As usual, Joyce has provide timely and informative information on how to keep up with the latest trends, and how to get your resume noticed so it stands out from the crowd.
