Holiday Job Searching

Wednesday October 18, 2006
The holiday season is the busiest retail season of the year and employers are already hiring additional staff to deliver packages, run cash registers, and stock shelves. In fact, I just read an article which mentioned that some stores double their staff for the holiday shopping season - which is starting now.

If you're interested in earning some extra money for the holidays, don't wait to start your seasonal job search. Remember, that you can apply online for jobs at many retail stores and other companies that hire seasonal staff. And, for those of you who would rather be outside on the ski slopes, ski resorts are hiring now, as well.

Have you checked out these companies before listing them here?

Hi Terry,

I’m not sure what you mean by checked out?

The information is simply a compilation of the online employment resources (job listings, applications, etc.) and hiring available for some employers that usually add seasonal staff.
